Right up until my Mum’s passing in March this year, she would tell the story of when she first met Val. Mum could not help but notice that beautiful lady playing on another tennis court. From that day on, they became tennis partners, singing partners and great friends.
During the late 1970″s I also partnered Val on the court playing for Black Hill Tennis Club on Saturdays.
Thank you for being a great friend to my Mum and I will miss you.
May you sing from the choir above in the loving arms of your Colin.
